What kind of Art do I need for ball marker poker chips customized with my logo?

AI, EPS, PDF are the preferred formats. JPEG’s can be used as long as it is 300 dpi/ppi or better.

 

How much are Set Up Fees for a customized order?

We do not charge any set up fees for customized orders of 100 pieces or more. If you would like a customized chip for orders of 20 - 99 pieces there will be a $50 set up fee.

 

Are the poker chip ball markers printed on both sides?

Yes!

 

When do you accept payment for a customized order?

We will send you a proof showing you what your customized poker chip will look like along with a quote based on the number of pieces you are ordering. Once we get your approval to move forward, we will email you an invoice. You can then come back to our website and pay the invoice with a credit card or through PayPal. As soon as we receive your payment, we will begin your customized order.

 

What is the minimum order for a customized logo?

We will customize the poker chip with your logo for any order over 20 pieces. For any order under this quantity you will receive our awesome GloveRide™ ball marker poker chips.

What is the cost for an order with a customized logo?

How long do orders take to ship?

If you are ordering with our GloveRide™ poker chip you should expect it to ship within 24 – 48 hours of placing your order as long as the color chosen is in stock. For orders with customized logo chips the process takes longer so you should expect your order to ship within 4 weeks. We will always keep you posted on the progress of your order.
